Digital art, sometimes referred to as computer art or new media art, is artwork created with the aid of software, computers, or other electronic equipment. Digital art encompasses everything created or produced on digital media, including animations, photography, drawings, films, digital paintings, and so on. Digital art revolutionised the way art was made, shared, and viewed. Although certain digital art, particularly that involving machinery and intricate components, is best viewed in a conventional gallery or museum setting, the vast majority of it can be easily carried and viewed through television, computer screen, social media, or the internet. This has enabled artists to forge their own paths without the need for representation, utilising modern techniques like as crowdfunding to finance their work and the potential for their art to become viral in order to reach a wider audience.
